
Diginostic is Australia’s leading provider of preventive digital health screening technology. Its platforms, used by more than 300 organisations and 8,000 clinicians, have facilitated over 450,000 mental health and preventative chronic health screenings nationwide.
To support global expansion and an expanding suite of digital tools, Diginostic required a redesigned website that reflected their depth of experience in the medical technology sector. The refresh focused on enhancing the user interface and overall usability, ensuring complex digital health solutions were presented in a clear, confident and accessible way to build trust with both healthcare executives and clinicians alike.
A system of flexible, component-based page templates were developed across all key webpages, including home, content, FAQ and contact pages. This modular approach allowed for visual and functional consistency across the new website, while enabling Diginostic to easily add, update and scale content following launch.
Diginostic needed to refresh its website to deliver a clear, intuitive and user-centred experience. As a provider of digital screening tools, the site had to simplify complex clinical workflows and reduce cognitive load for healthcare professionals, who already operate under significant time pressure. The key challenge was to balance clarity, usability and clinical credibility while also making it easy for users to quickly understand, trust and navigate the platform.
Utility Creative partnered with Diginostic, working closely to deeply understand both their needs and the needs of their users, in addition to their long-term vision for the website. Together, we co-developed an updated suite of assets for the brand, including brand guidelines, logos, typography, and colour palette, all aligned with Diginostic’s brand values and tone of voice. The website design was jointly reimagined with a clearer layout, new icons, and data-led graphics to support clarity and trust for healthcare professionals.
