
Diginostic is a digital platform delivering preventive health screening tools and technology solutions that support organisations and healthcare professionals to achieve better outcomes for their patients.
Alongside a website redesign, Diginostic required a modern and scalable content management system (CMS) to support ongoing growth and content evolution. The CMS was developed specifically to empower internal teams to manage, update and expand content independently, without reliance on external developers.
A flexible, component-based CMS structure was implemented, enabling consistent page creation while allowing new tools, products and content to be added efficiently as the platform continues to scale globally.
Diginostic’s rapid growth and global expansion created an opportunity to evolve its content management approach. The existing CMS was designed during the organisation's early development phase and a more scalable solution was required to support an increased need to produce content, with faster publishing and greater autonomy for internal teams a key consideration.
At the same time, the CMS needed to support clear, structured content journeys for distinct audiences, particularly healthcare providers and patients, without compromising usability or performance. The challenge was to enable fast, independent content management while delivering a seamless, intuitive experience for multiple user groups.
Utility Creative engineered a secure, headless architecture utilising Payload CMS and Next.js. We implemented a component-driven block system to replace rigid templates, empowering internal staff to construct brand-compliant pages independently.
To streamline maintenance, Payload’s Live Preview API was leveraged to enable non-technical editors to visualise content in real-time across devices. Additionally, a sophisticated taxonomy system was developed to support intuitive filtering of clinical resources.
