Utility Creative is thrilled to announce the launch of the improved version of the Real Care app, a multi-award-winning mental health and wellness tool specifically designed by, and for, the real estate industry.
Real Care, built in partnership with Rise Initiative, Australia’s not-for-profit organisation supporting the mental health and wellness of Australian real estate and property industry professionals, was developed as a direct response to alarming levels of poor mental health reported across the industry.
The app is now used by over 7,500 real estate professionals. It offers tools to manage financial health, wellbeing checks and self-care guidance. It also provides rapid relief features for crisis intervention and access to confidential counselling services, courtesy of Domain.
Ms Davis says the new version of the app has been specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of the real estate industry:
“The importance of mental wellness in real estate and property management has never been more important. When we think better, we feel better and we perform better - both at work and at home with our loved ones. Real Care bridges the gap between the physical and mental wellbeing.
“The new version of the app is the culmination of more than a year's work to make the app easier to connect with, navigate around, build good habits and most importantly get access to urgent help should you or someone you care about ever need it, with three free and completely confidential phone counselling sessions. We’ve also refreshed the aesthetic; it’s modern, slick and tailored to the industry” said Ms Davis.

Developed in close consultation with technology, public health, and real estate industry experts, the new app is available free to all real estate workers across Australia and New Zealand via Google Play or the App store.
