The &Thrive mobile application (‘the app’) is managed by Utility Creative on behalf of Raine & Horne. This statement details how Utility Creative (‘we’) collect, store, and use personal information within the app. We value your privacy, ensuring your data is managed transparently and in compliance with Australian data privacy and protection laws.
While using the app, we gather some personal data including:
- Your name, state or territory, and job title or position, to offer a tailored user experience.
- Your scores from Cruising Altitude check-ins.
- Your stress ratings before and after engaging with wellbeing tools.
- Your personal goals when engaging with certain lifestyle tools.
- Your financial goals and transactions when engaging with the Budget tool.
- Your work roster, overtime, travel time and personal events when engaging with the My Work Day tool.
The personal data assists in:
- Personalising your experience within the app.
- Offering insights on your mental wellbeing over a period.
- Evaluating the efficacy of our wellbeing tools in stress reduction.
The app may allow users to input and view health-related information, including wellbeing check responses and activity results. This information is classified as health data. All such data is stored locally on the user’s device only and is not transmitted to, collected by, or accessible to Utility Creative or any third party. This data is used solely within the app to provide personalised insights, wellbeing tracking, and functionality.
All user data, including health data, is retained only on the user’s device for as long as the app remains installed. Users can delete their data at any time by uninstalling the app or by using any in-app data reset or deletion features where available. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by Utility Creative.
All collected personal data is encrypted and securely kept within application-specific storage on your device. Importantly, your personal data remains on your device and is never transmitted or stored elsewhere.
We use your personal data to produce visual insights, such as graphs, to track and offer reflections on your mental wellbeing based on what you have provided to us through the app.
We use a combination of Google Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, and Sentry to understand the app's usage patterns and improve the service we provide to you. While usage patterns and application diagnostics are transmitted, this does not include any personal data you provide.
We won't share, sell or lease your personal data to third parties.
Your personal data will not be used for any purpose other than those described here unless we have your explicit consent.
Under Australian data privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access any personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccuracies in that data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, noting that this might affect the usability of certain app features.
Our data collection practices might evolve over time. Any significant modifications will be communicated to you, whether through in-app notifications or other suitable methods.
